The newest
flooring trend for 2007 is a product called Vizani with TacFast®. Combining the soft comfort of Stainmaster carpets with the design flexabilities of ceramic tile, Vizani TacFast® Systems brings infinite design possibilities to your home.
The system is based on a hook and loop fastening system using wide-width carpet which has a loop material covering its entire underside. Hook tapes are fastened to the sub-floor by means of a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The hook and loops 'engage' and form a mechanical bond, similar to velcro, which holds the carpet in place. Now many installation-related problems can be dealt with using this method.
